Writing about saving or savings rates in the Netherlands? Here is what you need: who we are, the current figures, how you may use them and where to reach us.
What is Spaarradar?
Spaarradar is an independent comparison of savings accounts and fixed-term deposits that you can open from the Netherlands, at Dutch and other European banks. We only list banks whose participation in a statutory deposit guarantee scheme we have verified with the supervisor or the scheme itself.
We sort by what an amount really earns: the effective annual rate, with promotional rates, tiers, maximum amounts and fees worked through. The order never follows payments from banks. We read rates several times a day from the banks themselves and from Raisin; every change is appended to a public history.

- Open API: all rates and calculations as JSON
How to cite us
You may reproduce figures, charts and tables with attribution: name Spaarradar and link to the page the figure comes from. State the date, because rates change.
Example: "According to Spaarradar (18 Sep 2026) …"
