Every rate we ever recorded, per offer, with the period it applied. Rates are never overwritten: a change is always a new row. For the period before our own measurements we use archived versions of the bank's own page.
This is the average banks in a country actually paid on new household deposits, published monthly by the ECB. It is structurally below the highest rate above: most people save at their main bank. The gap between the two lines is roughly what switching earns.
